If the user (client or candidate) decides to register with Careesma, only the data strictly necessary for achieving the aims and objectives of the web site will be solicited.

Services that Careesma offers candidates:

For these services to function properly candidates are required to fill out an electronic form and a CV, as well as include any personal information necessary. The handling of the personal information of candidates is focused on fulfilling the objective of the service, and is always done within established norms.

Services Careesma offers companies:

The personal information of users is stored in a database which is proprietary to Careesma and registered with the Agency for the Protection of Data.
The collected information is appropriate, pertinent and not excessive in relation to the context, the aims and the stated explicit and legitimate services of Careesma.
Careesma has adopted the type of technical and organisational measures required to guarantee the security of personal data and avoid its alteration or loss, as well as unauthorized access to the information. These measures take into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which it is exposed, all within established norms regarding data protection for the security of information systems.

User Consent
By pushing the “CONTINUE” button on the registration form the user consents expressly and unequivocally to the handling of their personal data in accordance with the objectives of the services offered at Careesma, as well as the sharing of said data with third parties in order to be able to carry out the service (with additional conditions specified in the Terms of Use). In this context, third parties are understood to be “entities that utilize the services of Careesma in the recruiting process”. Candidates authorize Careesma to access their personal data with the objective of informing them of specific and suitable job offers that match their professional profile.

Electronic Communication Services
Alerts: Free Automatic Receipt of Offers
Careesma offers candidates the possibility of finding suitable job offers quickly, and in a personalized manner through electronic communication (email).
In order to use these communication services the candidate must have previously selected the geographic and professional areas of interest to them, and decided on the frequency of communication. Additionally, candidates may also choose a keyword that they want the alert to contain, as well as the type of contract and minimum salary. Candidates also have the option to have Temporary Work Agencies excluded from the results.
Careesma has established two mechanisms which allow users to opt out of this service easily. In order to do so the user should click “SIGN IN” and identify themselves. Then from their Private Account, in the 'Job Alerts' section, they can deactivate the service. By following the instructions at the bottom of the email they can then exclude themselves from the service.

Other Communication
Careesma will use electronic means of communication (email, sms, or any new communications medium) to forward news and promotional offers related to the website, the recruiting sector, training, and other business activities Careesma considers of interest to registered users.

Careesma International
By sending their data, the user expressly consents to the sharing of their information with the various companies of Grupo InfoJobs International, as well as the sharing of said information with companies situated both inside and outside of European Community, with the exclusive aim being that which is defined within this privacy policy.
In this sense, Intercom Worldwide, S.L. and Grupo InfoJobs International emphasize their commitment to the responsible and confidential handling of data, guaranteeing that it will be used by InfoJobs S.A. and related companies for the purposes indicated herein.

Cookies and IPs
The user accepts the use of cookies and IP tracing. Our traffic analyzer uses cookies and IP tracing which permits us to capture data for statistical purposes: the date of first visit, number of times visited, date last visited, URL and domain, browser used and screen resolution. However, the user may disactivate and/or eliminate these cookies by following the instructions provided with their Internet browser.

Right to Revocation, Opposition to, Access, Correction, Updating and Cancellation of Data
The user has the right to access their personal data, to correct it if it is erroneous, and to cancel their account at Careesma.
The user can revoke their consent at any moment and for any justifiable reason, but there is no way to retroactively make any changes.
