Your tasks are to sell ISG`S services - Recruitment, Executive Search, Personnel Development - and to build up a company with ISG while expanding into the market and developing franchise people and employees in brasil. The goal is to implement a common company with ownership 80% ISG and 20% you or your company.

Your tasks:
  • Identify opportunities with local companies
  • Dispense ISG`s services - Recruitment, Executive Search, Personnel Development - to customers in UK
  • Devise and implement plans to deliver agreed volume targets
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Negotiate and maximize prices for local accounts
  • Establish franchise partners/employees
  • Cooperate and coordinate with the mother company in Austria
Your profile:
  • one of the following languages is required: English, Spanish or German
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales and/or Business Development
  • Know-how in human resources, especially in recruitment
  • A “hands-on” personality with strong entrepreneurial skills
  • A communicative, target-driven, open-minded and team-oriented personality
