In this position you are working collaboratively with business owners and groups in designing and implementing key process improvements and IT Business Solutions in the field of manufacturing planning, manufacturing execution and inventory management.

Your responsibilities in detail:

• Analyze and determine key business processes by interacting with business owners and business groups
• Analyze user requirements to determine configuration and customization
• Prepare functional specifications and present to programmers for subsequent technical design
• Develop new tools and applications that support process simplification and business unit continuity
• Translate complex analysis into actionable deliverable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create standard operating procedures, training documents, performance tracking and best practice

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master`s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
• Experience in implementing ERP solutions
• Knowledge and experience in "Engineer to Order" business is a must
• Functional business knowledge in the business area served by the ERP modules (e.g. Demand Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Shop Floor Control, PDM, etc)
• Travel requirement 50-75%
