Senior Technical Program Manager (w/m)

Our customer, a leading company in Villach, is searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager (f/m) with Supervisor function.

Ihre Aufgaben: Supervise a team of 3-5 technical program managers (f/m). Manage projects directly as needed following the Lam Product Development and Release (PDR) process. Organization and Personnel Development for assigned program manager.Manage assigned programs through development phases. Coordinate activities to finalize the program vision and communicates it to the program team, determine resource roles & responsibilities, authority. Recruit quality team members to complete tasks and manage details. Coordinate distilling product specifications to engineering requirements. Plan and monitor tasks and milestones related to meet the program performance, costs and schedule targets and take corrective action where necessary. Demonstrate cross-functional team management and leadership capability. Effectively run cross-functional team meetings. Escalate gaps and unattended risks and issues until resolved. Assess Program risks, plans and execute mitigation activities to reduce risks. Motivate team members, particularly in difficult times. Reward and recognize outstanding team and individual performance. Coordinate activities across company organizations utilizing company business processes and logistics. Organize and conduct PDR reviews. Regularly report to executive owners and management.

Ihre Qualifikationen: BS in engineering or business-related degree. MS or MBA a strong plus. Professionally certified in the Lam PDR or a similar capital equipment development process. Experience in People Management for 5+ years in a company with more than 100 employees. Technical expertise in Semiconductor Equipment, ideally in wet clean, ideally 10+ years. 5+ years experience in engineering, product management, marketing, manufacturing, materials, or field operations. 5+ years experience as a program manager with at least 1 platform or full module from initial development through volume product release. Fluent in English and technical English, German is a plus. MS Office tools including sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint. Demonstrated expertise in a well-known Project Management system. Expertise in project management techniques. Product costing and gross margin management, project cost management.
