Technician Production Mechanical / CDS Assembly (w/m)

Our customer, a leading company in Villach, is searching for a Technician (f/m) for Production Mechanical / CDS Assembly.

Ihre Aufgaben: Final assembly and testing (Parts, Modules, Components, Platforms). Mechanical / CDS assembly and tubing of LAM Platforms (basis is the configuration and the documentation, e.g. Production schedule, Mechanical Drawings,Wiring Diagrams, Internal Test Record etc.). Mechanical / CDS assembly and tubing of special customer requests (SCR´s). Structured diagnostic and problem solving. Execution of the defined test steps (interim tests) according to the internal test record. Active participation during the handover from development projects to production. Continuous improvement of our working processes and documentation. Active knowledge sharing (e.g. internal training, supplier training). Inspection of the documentation, material and forwarding the deviations (e.g. Production Problem & Error Record in SAP). Continuos quality improvements (Q Figure database) by means of actively questioning at the internal customer and supplier. Active participation on the continuous improvement of the product (Improvement Suggestion in Team Track), the business process (CIP) and the tools (e.g. documentation, internal test record etc.).

Ihre Qualifikationen: Degree in mechanical / mechatronic / pipe fitter (plumber) technician (f/m). Very good technical understanding and logical common sense. IT knowledge (MS Windows, MS Office applications, etc.). Good knowledge of SAP & Team Track. English skills (written and spoken). Precise and structured working style, strongly developed sense of duty and quality. Precision during the execution of tasks. Ability to work in a team. Ability to think analytically. Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate. High degree of initiative and flexibility. Motivated self starter. Openness to change and improvement. Positive Attitude and Self Confidence. Willingness to work independently and active in continuous improvement of the product quality, participation in the business processes and documentation (active questioning at internal customers and suppliers).
